Train Happy!

My name is Lindsay Frankel, and I am a NSCA-certified personal trainer and mom of 3. My goal as a fitness professional is to help women, specifically pre and postnatal women (postnatal = anyone who has ever had a baby!) reach their training goals by making exercise fun and accessible for you.

 "Exercise releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy!" Who doesn't want to be happy?! 

How does exercise make you happy? Endorphins are the body’s natural feel-good chemicals, and when they are released through exercise, your mood is boosted naturally. Physically active people recover from mild depression more quickly, and physical activity is strongly correlated with good mental health as we age.

Personal Training

Group and Private Training

Not comfortable working out with larger groups? Partner up with a friend (a great motivator!) or sign up for private 1 on 1 training to get a  personalized workout plan tailored to suit your schedule and your fitness needs. Located in a private training studio. 

1 hour private session $55

1 hour shared session $40 per person

Online Personal Training

Not located in the Cincinnati area, or just don’t want to work out outside of your home? No problem! You get the same tailored training program to work out at your local gym or in the privacy of your own home for a low monthly fee. We will “meet” once a week via Skype, phone, or email, to assess progress and modify any goals and make any necessary program tweaks. 

$200/month for a custom 3-day workout plan
